PHIL CAMPBELL, ALABAMA (APR - Alabama Public Radio ) - School is getting underway across Alabama. For most kids, it's a matter of registering and buying school supplies. However, in the Northwest Alabama town of Phil Campbell, it's a different story. Following April's tornadoes, there is no high school to return to. City leaders are playing "beat the clock" to find classroom space before the opening bell rings on Monday.
